Ankura Expands Global People Office with Addition of Senior Managing Director David Milbourne

Experienced HR Professional to Enhance People Office at Ankura
WASHINGTON D.C. – January 7, 2019 – Ankura, a leading business advisory and expert services firm which leverages integrated risk management, governance, compliance, investigations, forensics, technology, financial advisory, and management consulting capabilities, today announced the appointment of David Milbourne as Global People Operations Leader and Senior Managing Director in Ankura’s People Office. Based in Chicago, IL, Mr. Milbourne brings over 20 years of employee-focused initiatives and experience to the firm, specializing in total rewards, employee relations, people systems and analytics, and global mobility.
At Ankura, Mr. Milbourne will join a growing world-class people office that are instrumental in supporting ongoing efforts to foster business success by building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing the employee experience, and driving engagement.

Prior to joining Ankura, Mr. Milbourne served as the interim chief HR officer and vice president of talent management for Arconic, the lightweight metals engineering and manufacturing firm formerly known as Alcoa. Mr. Milbourne has also held senior human resources leadership positions at Westinghouse Electric Company. Over the course of his career, Mr. Milbourne has worked with the executives of multi-billion-dollar international companies to improve performance and achieve optimal results.
