  • Government Grant Compliance Initiative, National Healthcare Provider: Identified the significant gap in the client’s ability to meet compliance standards in the data collection and reporting obligations outlined in a government contract. Defined and developed the workflow and collection tools necessary to address the immediate need, and then defined and put into motion the structure to support scalability and sustainability.
  • Rapid Market Expansion Initiative, National Healthcare Provider: Implemented a disciplined approach to agile development in the enterprise management system that produced end user change faster, increased business satisfaction, and improved development team morale.
  • Actionable Data Initiative, National Healthcare Provider: Initiated a business analysis function within the business intelligence (BI) team and demonstrated its value in an agile development environment and in the modeling of different approaches to complex enterprise metrics. Challenged BI leaders and worked with front-line developers to leverage the capabilities of their BI tools to improve the business value in their deliverables. The result was an increase in communication between business and BI leadership and a marked orientation toward actionable reporting.

  • Next Generation Coaching Solution, National Population Health Provider: Supported the creation of a new coaching solution by co-leading the initiative, providing a solution definition outline and deliverables checklist, and pursuing input from diverse stakeholders and clinical research. Identified and evaluated potential platform technology vendors. Designed a request for information format, a response tool, a scoring methodology, and reporting tool. Consolidated a large amount of information from disparate sources into consumable documentation.
  • Contact Automation Project, National Population Health Provider: Clearly defined the business requirements for a care coordinator to member dialer integration to advance the operational efficiency and scalability of the care management software solution. Coordinated a cross-functional team through discovery and requirements gathering, ensuring alignment of business needs and success metrics.
  • Automation of Audit Process Project, National Population Health Provider: Investigated and documented the manual process for an audit automation project. Worked with stakeholders to determine scope of automation desired as well as feasibility. Documented the business requirements and over 100 unique functional requirements. Supported engagement through development.
  • Enterprise Business Analysis Services, National Population Health Provider: Served as a business analysis team leader, managing 12 business analysts and a technical writer. Recruited and trained three new team members.
