Misbah Uddin is a Managing Director at Ankura specialising in transport and infrastructure project advisory. He has over 15 years of infrastructure and financial advisory services to the private and public sectors.
Spanning EMEA, Misbah’s expertise includes financial modelling, business case development and review, market analysis, benchmarking, cost/operations modelling, PPP/P3 structuring, project due diligence services to the private and public sectors, and procurement options advice to procuring authorities. Many of his roles have involved leading multidisciplinary teams, including legal and technical sub-teams.
Prior to joining Ankura, Misbah was a director within Navigant’s disputes, forensics & legal technology (DFLT) segment, which was acquired by Ankura in 2018. Before joining Navigant, Misbah worked for PwC in both its United Kingdom and Middle East corporate finance and infrastructure practices focusing primarily on transport projects. Prior to that, he worked for Booz Allen Hamilton advising clients on a wide range of UK and international transport projects.
