Amanda Pettit is a Senior Director at Ankura based in Nashville. Examples of her professional experience include:

  • Program Management, Healthcare Recruiting: Led the implementation of a human capital management system to transform the enterprise and transition to a single, cloud-based platform for over 16,000 employees, including the management and coordination of more than 75 team members, the implementation partner, and software technology vendor; as well as the management of the project plan, program-level risks, issues and decisions, leadership communications, and facilitation of steering committee meetings and deliverables; partnered with finance to manage the program’s budget and spend maintaining only a five percent overage at the completion of the project.
  • Project Management, Healthcare Recruiting: Developed initial methodology, leadership communications, and project plan for healthcare company’s payroll reconciliation effort that resulted from a major HR and timekeeping system outage caused by a cyber attack on industry leading vendor.
  • Program and Project Management, Residential and Commercial Services: Managed the HR infrastructure program to create comprehensive timelines and other project management deliverables for HR infrastructure dashboards and developed the initial project plan to initiate and rollout a centralized HR support structure, including leading facilitated planning and decision-making sessions to develop the rollout strategy.
  • Project and Change Management, Healthcare Recruiting: Led the integration and process improvement of an HR leave of absence (LOA) administration process, including the creation and delivery of communication and training materials, the rollout of a stakeholder RASIC matrix, and the development of a continued process improvement plan.
  • Project and Change Management, Healthcare Recruiting: Managed the integration and harmonization of a healthcare organization’s benefits philosophies and plans, including the integration of the benefits administration platform, resulting in a unified, active open enrollment for over 10,000 employees; executed change management plan to minimize employee disruption and launch new branding for the HR benefits team that exceeded goal of 80% with 89% participation rate for open enrollment.
  • Project and Change Management, Healthcare Recruiting: Managed the harmonization of two legacy 401k plans and the conversion to a new recordkeeper, including the implementation of automated demographic and payroll file feeds, and led the execution and rollout of transition and blackout communication materials and employee sessions.
  • Process and System Optimization, Healthcare Recruiting: Identified and defined optimized recruitment workflows and applicant tracking system configurations to streamline HR processes and support business objectives.
  • Project and Change Management of Multiple Integration Workstreams, Medical Supply Distribution: Managed the integration of a medical supply organization after four acquisitions to establish a new business division in the fastest growing segment of the healthcare industry and consolidate the HR, finance, sales, and operations functions to one enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. Additionally, piloted the development and rollout of integration change management and communication planning.
  • Project and Program Portfolio Management, Fortune 1000 Healthcare Corporation: Led the creation and development of an enterprise technology program, defining workstream scope and timeline to create a repeatable process for rollout across the enterprise.
  • Business Process Optimization, Fortune 500 Healthcare Provider: Developed best practice, standard operating guidelines – template and procedures – based on industry standards for an EHR enterprise downtime program, including the implementation of the creation and review processes for the development of the guidelines.
  • Facilitation and Strategic Planning, Global Supply Chain and Logistics Provider: Conducted facilitation and structured planning sessions of cross-functional teams to develop a five-year strategic roadmap and high-level action plan for previously defined strategic focus areas.
  • Project Management, Hotel Market Share Analytics Company: Led multiple technology-focused initiatives including the project management of a system enhancement improving public security online with a single sign on functionality that allowed customers to authenticate into their public facing systems and the portfolio management of projects to give in-house users the ability to access and control their own permissions online.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development and Business Process Optimization, Hotel Market Share Analytics Company: Performed assessment for IT and business divisions to evaluate areas of opportunity and create a strategic roadmap for implementation. The project also included the implementation of the roadmap and the development and rollout of portfolio governance processes and a project management office (PMO).
