• Processing Facility – TN: Performed analysis of subcontractor claims for delays and productivity impacts on a $10 billion security-sensitive government facility for settlement negotiations. Prepared baseline schedule review and explanatory white paper for federal government budgetary review and approval.
• Convention Center – Seattle, WA: Performed Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule delay analysis and issue review pertaining to structural steel issues for $2 billion urban convention center, in preparation for mediation and for trial in state court. Assisted in the preparation of expert reports and testifying expert and counsel throughout trial.
• Hotel, Casino, and Spa – Black Hawk, CO: Performed schedule delay analysis and standard of care review for client constructing a new high-rise hotel and renovating an existing casino. Assisted in the defense of multimillion-dollar claims and counterclaims for trial in state court.
• Mixed-Use Luxury High-Rise – Los Angeles, CA: Provided affirmative and defensive analysis of schedule delay and loss of productivity claims pertaining to electrical and fire alarm issues on an over $1 billion high-end hotel and condo development for mediation and in preparation for trial. Participated in mediation proceedings between the parties.
• New Hospital Construction – New York, NY: Performed CPM schedule delay analysis and forensic issue analysis pertaining to curtainwall issues on a $1.5 billion cancer care center and prepared for litigation support for trial in state court.
• International Bridge – Windsor, ON: Provided advisory support and schedule delay analysis for client constructing high-profile $5.7 billion bridge project. Collaborated with counsel and client to improve project controls processes and advised on the calculation of potential damages and delay.
• Power Plant – Salem, MA: Assisted in the development of support for nearly 15 claims, ranging from unpaid change orders to loss of productivity, resulting in over $45 million in damages. Assisted in the production of an expert report for AAA arbitration.
• Mixed-Use Hotel and Residential High-Rise – New York, NY: Assisted in development of delay analysis for claims mitigation work for a high-end project in Manhattan. Prepared delay analysis for expert report for trial in state court.
• Curtainwall Subcontractor – Chester County, PA: Provided advisory review of schedule and program management processes. Development of program management and schedule management support plan, best practices, and training.
• Domestic Process Plant – Rock Springs, WY: Provided schedule analysis and litigation support for a process plant in the American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration.
• Natural Gas Pipelines – Wheeling, WV: Assisted in resolution of disputes on multiple $100 million pipeline projects for a contractor experiencing revisions to technical specifications, changed conditions, schedule compression, and productivity impacts.
• Natural Gas Pipeline – Chester County, PA: Performed schedule delay and productivity analyses for an over 15-mile pipeline extension project. Prepared expert response report to contractor total cost and delay claims for use in arbitration.
• New Embassy Compound – London, UK: Assisted in delay and issue analysis on a $1 billion new U.S. embassy compound in Europe.
• Mixed-Use Mid-Rise Development – Seattle, WA: Performed CPM schedule delay analysis and prepared memorandum of analysis for insurance recovery claim on multimillion-dollar new construction development.
