Andy Mercer

Andy’s extensive experience is in building business development teams, account management teams, and leading high-volume sales teams that produce cybersecurity services to mid-enterprise organizations. He has strong expertise in consulting, incident response, MDR/XDR, data privacy, and cloud.

Prior to joining Ankura, Andy was Global Director of Business Development & Strategy at a leading incident response/MDR provider, where he consistently built successful net-new growth strategy teams, achieved double-digit sales growth as a sales leader, and built out the account management division for the mid-enterprise space of the company. He also served cross-functionally with numerous support groups including, but not limited to, pre-sales, sales operations, and training.

Andy utilizes his skills, experience, and relationships to further propel Ankura’s strategy, while providing clients with the most important asset: value.
