Experience
Prior to Ankura, Audrey worked at McLarty Associates (now an Ankura Company), where she advised Fortune 200 companies on doing business in the Middle East, and was a Senior Program Manager at Amazon.

- Conducted governance reviews of four of the world’s oldest natural resources JVs.

- Conducted a governance review of a North American midstream oil and gas company’s JV portfolio, including recommendations on how to create a unified JV portfolio management approach.
- Advised an international oil company and South American oil and gas company on deal structuring options for a potential JV.
- Developed a set of governance tools for a Middle Eastern NOC, including JV-specific policies and guidelines.
