Carla brings a wealth of experience in various methodologies to her consulting work in the construction, healthcare, energy, and non-profit sectors. She has partnered with many executives and senior managers in the oil and gas industry throughout North America, Europe, and Asia on multibillion-dollar megaprojects and large capital projects (LNG, chemical plants, pipeline, and oil sands, both brownfield and greenfield).
Carla demands the best in people. She partners with leaders to discern what is most important to address and to mitigate risks before they become emergencies. She swiftly takes effective action with grace in complex situations and the most challenging environments.
