After years of supporting data-intensive civil and criminal litigation for U.S. Department of Justice clients, he now develops solutions for antitrust enforcement actions, government investigations, complex litigation, and corporate investigations.
Experience
Colin’s professional experience includes:
- Created bespoke discovery workflows for merger and acquisition corporate clients under FTC second request subpoenas utilizing data analytics solutions to create cost savings for managed review and consistency of document release across millions of records and diverse data sources.
- Led full cycle e-discovery efforts for corporate client, in partnership with multiple AM50 law firms, to address concurrent internal and SEC investigations. Developed forensic collection, data processing, hosting, and managed review infrastructure to address both investigations simultaneously and efficiently to reduce review time and cost.
- Developed and led managed review workflow for review of executive branch communications for DOJ civil and criminal suits involving the oil and gas industry, with supporting efforts contributing to historic Clean Water Act violation settlement for the U.S.
