David has supported multibillion-dollar corporate clients in responding to some of their most complex and high-profile litigations, regulatory actions, and internal investigations. This experience has led him to develop highly customized e-discovery solutions for novel and emerging data types — including social media and chat data — working alongside clients, outside counsel, and internal technical teams to design workflows that meet competing regulatory, civil, and client-specific requirements across large dockets of simultaneous matters.

David’s experience also includes serving as the primary engagement lead and strategic advisor across a large docket of matters spanning government regulatory actions, multi-district litigations, class actions, employment and patent litigations, and third-party subpoenas. He has developed deep expertise in data minimization strategies, cross-geography data transfers involving multi-terabyte datasets, and custom reporting solutions for client data metrics.

David’s professional experience:

• Large-Scale, Global Social Media Client: David serves as an integral member of a cross-matter team supporting an international multibillion-dollar social media company across a docket of more than 140 simultaneous matters. He works closely with client leadership and outside counsel to develop customized workflows for novel social media and chat data types, ensuring data is collected, processed, searched, reviewed, and produced in compliance with governmental regulatory actions, multi-district litigations, class actions, employment and patent litigations, internal investigations, and third-party subpoenas. He has led the development of custom reporting solutions tracking client data metrics and external user access across the full matter docket. He also plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and enforcing strict access controls to ensure data security.
• Mortgage Industry Client: David serves as relationship manager and lead project manager for a multibillion-dollar mortgage client, managing a docket of over 20 simultaneous matters. He developed tailored workflows utilizing both CS Disco and Relativity platforms, overseeing custom collections and data minimization strategies while serving as the primary point of contact for attorneys and litigation support leads across all matters — from discovery through trial. He also created standard operating procedures for engagements with government agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Southern District of New York.
• Bankruptcy Litigation: David served as engagement lead for a high-stakes bankruptcy matter involving $1.4 billion in debt obligations on behalf of a top 10 Am Law firm. He managed a global project team to ensure data collections were executed accurately and on schedule while navigating extraordinarily compressed production timelines. Over the course of three months, David oversaw the creation and delivery of 22 productions — a pace that required precise coordination across time zones, meticulous quality control, and rapid turnaround without sacrificing accuracy or compliance. Due to the team’s efforts, the client received a favorable judgment.
