- Norman Regional Health System – Norman, OK: Program management services for a three campus concurrent expansion / renovation / new build for a system-wide services consolidation and expansion initiative. Capital sources include hospital self-funding, and 3rd party real estate development. Facilities include: acute care expansion / renovation, ambulatory care center, cancer center, multi-level parking structure, and free standing emergency department.
- Tomah Health, Tomah WI: New health and wellness campus. $66 million critical access hospital.
- Northwest Community Hospital, Kildeer, IL: 50K square foot ambulatory care building.
- New Orleans East, Hospital Service District, New Orleans, LA: Redevelopment of the Pendleton Memorial Methodist Hospital.
- UnityPoint Health – Trinity, Bettendorf, IA: Obstetrics expansion.
- Mount Carmel Health System, Columbus, OH: Mount Carmel East: Major campus modernization program and bed tower addition.
- Trinity Health System Unity Point, Rock Island, IL: Heart institute and emergency department expansion / renovation.
- Kishwaukee Community Hospital, DeKalb, IL: 100-bed greenfield replacement hospital and developer-owned MOB.
- Lake Hospital System, Painesville, OH: 120-bed greenfield replacement hospital. The team took over midstream and corrected a $30 million budget and 70,000 square foot project scope bust.
- Allen Hospital, Iowa Health System, Waterloo, IA: Strategic master facility plan for a 220-bed community hospital and implementation of a $40 million, 70,000 square foot new emergency department and heart / vascular care center.
- Great Plains Regional Medical Center, Elk City, OK: 80-bed greenfield replacement hospital.
- Sinai Health System, Chicago, IL: HUD financed campus redevelopment program including a new inpatient bed tower and freestanding ambulatory care center.
- Community Medical Center, Missoula, MT: 40,000 square foot, $18 million women’s and newborn care center expansion / renovation.
