Jerilyn Iacovetto serves as the Managing Director at Ankura. She brings extensive expertise across the full spectrum of human resource functions, strategy, and execution. Jerilyn’s experience spans diverse industries including manufacturing, supply chain, software, healthcare, education, and e-commerce, where she has effectively applied her knowledge to both public, private, and equity-owned companies. Her career includes pivotal roles as head of human resources (HR) at global corporations such as Bell and Howell, ModusLink, and Nomaco. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise through Board service and support and served as an instructor for HR content at Duke University. Through her experience, she is able to leverage insights to address unique regional challenges and opportunities in human resource management.
