- Oil production, Ecuador (ICSID): Assessing damages and will provide expert written and oral testimony in an investor-state dispute regarding the value of an exploration and production contract in Ecuador.
- Gold Mining, Mexico (ICSID): Led project team for determination of damages in an investor-state dispute involving the valuation of a gold mining company in Mexico.
- Renewable Energy, Peru (ICSID): Led project team in the calculation of damages for an investor-state dispute regarding the valuation of a hydroelectric project.
- Government Rail Concession, East Africa (UNCITRAL): Led project team for valuation of damages in an investor-state dispute involving multi-state railroad concessions.
