She was a Vice President at a large healthcare provider, leading a team of experts in providing bespoke consulting services to drive efficiency, reduce cost, and improve patient outcomes across 15 hospitals and over 200 care delivery sites.

Her extensive industry experience is also complemented by expertise in hospital supply chain optimization and healthcare construction management involving renovation of healthcare facilities and integrating state of the art technology.

Prior to joining Ankura, Juliana honed her skills at other consulting firms where she has guided private equity clients through complex transactions and strategic overhauls. Her expertise in digital transformation has been pivotal in modernizing healthcare infrastructures, implementing electronic health records, and integrating telehealth services.
