• Acting as an advisor to secured creditors such as Australian and international banks, credit funds, and other financiers, including advising on restructuring options and contingency planning.
• Voluntary administrator and deed administrator in the successful restructure of Tourism Adventure Group, the largest youth adventure tourism and backpacker hostel operator in Australia and New Zealand, which collapsed due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
• Voluntary administrator and deed administrator in the successful restructure of Mighty Craft Limited, an ASX listed company operating a national portfolio of craft beer and distillery businesses.
• Receiver and manager of the Australian business of the Selina Group which operated several backpacker accommodation venues.
• Voluntary administrator and deed administrator of kikki.K, an Australian stationery retailer.
• Receiver and manager of JustKapital Financing, a business providing disbursement funding to personal injury law firms.
• Voluntary administrator and deed administrator in the successful restructure of the Australian Grainlink group of companies, a grain trading and grain storage business operating facilities with over 700,000 metric tons of grain storage capacity.
• Voluntary administrator and deed administrator of Coffex Coffee, an Australian coffee roaster and distributor which resulted in the successful sale of the business.
• Independent business review for the lender and subsequent trading receivership of WDS Limited, an ASX listed company providing diversified services to the mining and energy sectors.
• Voluntary administration of Antares Energy Limited, an ASX listed company with oil and gas projects located in the Permian Basin, Texas, and the U.S.
• Providing strategic advice and acting as a receiver of real estate assets including residential, commercial, and industrial property, development sites, and hospitality and accommodation assets.
• Preparation of expert reports for court proceedings.
