In his most recent role as Operations Manager for a global building products manufacturer, he served as the principal for all U.S. operations and operationally led $40 million in domestic enterprise value creation, leading to a successful acquisition. He exceeded budget targets year-over-year for four operational P&L’s and increased operational output and productivity by 25%.

Previously, as the Plant Manager for a custom plastics molding company, he had total leadership and accountability for sitewide operations, managing over 150 team members. During his time at a global, publicly traded manufacturer as Operations Manager, he was the Value Stream leader for a $75 million injection blow molding business and was accountable for total workforce management and labor strategy. He initiated and completed 44 improvement projects and led $4.8 million in CAPEX execution.

Livio’s strategic mindset is underpinned by his service as a Sergeant and Infantry Squad Leader in the U.S. Marine Corps. His military experience instilled an exceptional ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. His background in complex, high-stakes environments, which included supporting over 500 combat operations with a 100% mission completion rate during Operation Enduring Freedom, directly translates to his consulting capability.
