Natasha Dahl is a Senior Director, based in Washington, DC. Natasha has more than 13 years of experience providing disputes and project advisory services on construction projects across the industry. She specializes in critical path method scheduling, forensic delay analysis, loss of productivity, related damages quantifications, as well as cost estimating to owners, contractors, subcontractors, and their counsel across various claims and disputes forums.

Experience

Natasha has provided consulting services in relation to a wide range of industries, including commercial, energy, government, manufacturing and transportation, military, public buildings, as well as single and multifamily residential domestically and internationally. She has provided expert testimony and litigation support to counsel. In addition, she is responsible for the education of junior and mid-level colleagues in delay analysis methodologies and expert witness development. Natasha has authored expert reports domestically and has been instrumental in developing expert reports and hearing/trial demonstratives domestically and internationally.

Natasha frequently presents on planning and scheduling as well as forensic delay analysis.

  • Damages and delay analyses of two multibillion-dollar luxury mixed-use campuses in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • Damages analysis, change order review, and cost estimating for the One World Trade Center campus following Superstorm Sandy.

  • Project advisory and delay analysis of a $50 million wind turbine project consisting of (14) turbines, infrastructure facilities, substation, and equipment in Pennsylvania.
