Pasha Ameli is a Managing Director at Ankura, based in Washington, DC. Experience
Pasha’s project experience includes solar farms, rare earth mineral extraction plants, hazardous material recycling facilities, transit centers, wastewater treatment plants, sport arenas, performing arts centers, hospitality, class A office buildings, multifamily residential complexes, and custom single-family homes.
Pasha has authored numerous expert reports that led to successful settlements. He has testified in trials and arbitration hearings.
His graduate research study was supported by United States Department of Energy, Office of Science, and Basic Energy Sciences. It focused on the study and numerical modeling of the alteration of fractured rocks due to coupled chemical and mechanical processes.
Pasha has been a member of the Society of Construction Law, North America (SCLNA) board of directors since 2020 and currently serves as vice-chairman of the board of directors and chair of the 2026 Annual SCLNA Conference in Nashville.
