Patrick’s professional experience includes:

• Transformation PMO, Global Media Conglomerate: Led program management for HR transformation, scope of responsibilities including overall governance of global HCM implementation, business case creation, financial management, business change management, vendor partner management, and executive management reporting.    
• Global ERP Implementation, European Bank: Managed testing workstream for global ERP implementation. Partnered with senior leaders to track and monitor KPI post-launch in order to drive continuous improvement of product functionality. 
• Operations Reorganization Project Manager, Global Bank: Led reorganization initiative within data operations department of large global bank. Partnered with management team to identify future state needs and craft organizational structure accordingly, which included redefining department’s location strategy, realigning functional teams to drive operational efficiency, and implementing enhanced core workflow tool. 
• Operations Process Redesign, U.S. Financial Institution: Managed initiative to redesign core data function of client onboarding, reporting, and outreach. Conducted interviews and facilitated sessions with both management and functional teams to envision target state, define requirements, and identify strategic solution for implementation. 
• Organizational Assessment, Global Bank: Conducted current state assessment of regulatory division of large global bank. Assessment resulted in key observations and recommendations for restructuring functions, headcount, and operating model. Observations and recommendations resulted in larger plans for restructuring.
• Compliance Management Reporting, Italian Financial Institution: Partnered with compliance division of large Italian financial institution to enhance regulatory management reporting capabilities. Conducted full systems assessment, facilitated sessions with business and compliance teams to define most critical areas for visibility and reporting, and managed vendor implementation.
