Rebecca Beil is a Managing Director based in Nashville, with more than 25 years of experience leading complex transformations, integrations, separations, organizational stand-ups, and enterprise programs. Representative Experience
- Enterprise Separation and IT Stand-Up, Manufacturing Company: Led the stand-up and operation of an independent IT function following separation from a parent company. Directed the function for approximately 14 months, establishing the team, operating practices, policies, project portfolio, and budgeting processes needed to support the newly independent organization. Responded to two cybersecurity incidents, led the IT components of two acquisitions, introduced business-case discipline, and supported improvements extending beyond technology into marketing and business operations.
- Medical Faculty Wind-Down, Healthcare Organization: Served as overall program lead for a complex wind-down involving eight transactions and the phased termination of transition services. Guided and mentored the on-site consulting team through workstream organization, integrated planning, board reporting, transition service documentation, service management, and execution. Seven transactions have closed, with remaining services continuing to be transitioned or discontinued.
- Business Process and Strategy Execution, Manufacturing Company: Leads business process optimization and strategy execution activities for a growing organization seeking to scale its operations and mature its management practices. Develops governance, operating cadence, strategic planning workflows, business-case and prioritization tools, annual operating plan capabilities, and executive materials that support clearer decision-making and disciplined execution. The work remains in progress.
- Divestiture Program Leadership, National Healthcare Provider: Led a 54-facility skilled nursing divestiture spanning 11 workstreams. Established disciplined governance and executive reporting, structured the organizational transformation approach associated with an 11,000-employee workforce reduction, and developed post-divestiture organizational and operating models.
- Merger and Divestiture Program Leadership, Health Insurance and Wealth Management Company: Managed the consolidation of back-office systems, processes, and teams for an acquired business while simultaneously leading the divestiture of a wealth management operation. Established program governance, led steering committee meetings, and provided executive leadership with consistent visibility into decisions, risks, dependencies, and progress.
- Post-Acquisition Integration, Healthcare Technology Company: Led the transition of an acquired organization to new policies, systems, equipment, security requirements, and operating standards. Coordinated business and technology leaders to preserve continuity while managing site readiness, adoption, and employee impacts.
- Joint Venture Stand-Up, National Tire Distributor: Led the end-to-end implementation of human resources systems and supporting processes for a joint venture start-up. Worked across three organizations to drive decisions and mitigate risk, including recruiting and onboarding processes, compensation alignment, payroll, benefits, retirement plan transition, vendor management, and contract review.
- Portfolio and Transformation Leadership, Technology Protection Company: Managed finance and billing technology portfolios with annual budgets of $7 million and $2.5 million. Led project managers, prioritized investments, planned resource capacity, established executive reporting, developed business cases, and guided enterprise initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption. Major efforts included an enterprise resource planning consolidation and regulatory changes affecting more than $1 billion in annual premium transactions.
- Enterprise System Implementation and Data Governance, Manufacturing Company: Led the accelerated retirement of Salesforce and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including scope definition, requirements, delivery, testing, training, deployment, and adoption. Directed remediation of customer master data, coordinated integration with 54 legacy systems, and introduced data governance practices to support sustainable data management.
