Robert Zarnoch

Robert Zarnoch is a Senior Managing Director in Ankura’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, based in Dallas. He specializes in valuation and transaction opinions, with deep industry expertise across the energy, infrastructure, and financial services sectors.

Robert has more than two decades of experience advising clients on acquisitions, restructurings, financial reporting matters, tax planning, and long-term strategic planning. He helps clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity, precision, and a practical understanding of business objectives.

Prior to joining Ankura, Robert was a senior member of the Energy & Infrastructure Financial & Valuation Advisory practice at a global independent investment bank, where he provided valuation and financial consulting services across equity, debt, and intangible assets. He also spent three years in Hong Kong and China where he helped to build the valuation capabilities of a Big Four, advising sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, and multinational corporations on matters related to transactions, financial reporting, disputes, and tax planning.
