Thomas’s professional experience includes:

• Led financial due diligence for multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions involving risk-based physician practice groups.

• Led diligence efforts on numerous hospice and home health deals for private equity clients.

• Contributed to the sell-side quality of earnings analysis for one of the largest accountable care organizations in the United States.

• Supported diligence across a range of behavioral health transactions, including autism/ABA services and addiction treatment providers.

• Oversaw all buy-side add-on diligence for a national, private equity-backed pediatric physician practice platform.

• Led both buy-side and sell-side engagements across various healthcare sub-sectors, including dental service organizations, vision/optometry, physical therapy, cardiology, functional medicine, and accountable care organizations.
