• Retained by a contractor to analyze a delay and loss of productivity claims on a 15-mile natural gas pipeline project in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
• Retained by a contractor to analyze delay and productivity impacts on a 25-mile natural gas pipeline project in West Virginia.
• Retained by a contractor to manage the implementation of its change order management program on an urban high-rise, mixed-use commercial project in Pennsylvania. Retained again to analyze delay and productivity impact claims, and calculate subcontractor backcharges across office, research, and development spaces in addition to a television studio and a luxury hotel.
• Retained by the owner to provide onsite schedule advisory services, analysis of time extension requests, and assessment of subcontractor schedule impacts on the design and construction of a new government compound in the UK.
• Retained by the contractor to provide on-site schedule advisory and project management services, including the supporting analysis for entitlement to cost overruns associated with design changes on a rolling stock project in Italy.
