Toby has been appointed as delay expert on infrastructure, power, and process plant projects. He has provided advice to clients on projects that have suffered delay and disruption, preparing numerous claims and expert reports for dispute proceedings across various industry sectors in Australia, Asia, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and South America. He is a skilled practitioner of critical path method (CPM) delay analysis and development of both earned value and measured mile analyses for complex disruption claims.
Toby previously gained practical experience working for multi-disciplinary contractors in the UK and Australia. Thereafter, he developed his skills in forensic planning and claims consulting on several high-profile rail infrastructure claims in the UK, prior to moving to dispute advisory and expert services.

- Petrochemical Plant, Middle East: Delay expert appointed by owner for mediation with main contractor.
- Supercritical Coal Fired Power Plant, India: Delay expert appointed by owner for arbitration proceeding in India.
- Ammonium Nitrate Plant, Australia: Lead assistant to quantum expert appointed by main contractor for disruption loss of productivity analysis for an ICC arbitration.
- Integrated Petrochemical Plant, Middle East: Lead assistant to delay expert responsible for delay analysis on multiple units with plant on behalf of owner for an ICC arbitration.
- Hospital Development, Australia: Lead assistant to quantum expert responsible for disruption and loss of productivity analysis on behalf of main contractor.
- Airport Redevelopment Project, APAC: Delay expert appointed by main contractor for arbitration proceeding with ACMV subcontractor.
- Commercial Development, APAC: Delay expert appointed by owner for adjudication in relation to a nine-story light-industrial development.
