Todd Landon is a Managing Director at Ankura with more than 20 years of experience leading large organizations through transformational change, including mergers and business integrations. He has worked in a variety of industries, including financial services, industrial manufacturing, technology solutions, healthcare, automotive, and media/entertainment. Todd has extensive experience within human resources (HR) operations and technology, including HR information systems and shared services operations.
Prior to Ankura, Todd held leadership positions within the human resources shared services division of entertainment conglomerate Warner Bros., as well as leadership positions with a private multi-billion-dollar industrial supply and distribution company.

Todd’s professional experience includes:
- HR Technology Program and Change Management, F100 Consumer and Business Services Company: Provided strategic advisory oversight and overall leadership for an enterprise-wide UKG time and attendance system transformation, deploying UKG Pro Workforce Management across the entire organization.
- Strategy Design and Execution, Multiple Privately-Held Clients: Provided strategic advisory and planning leadership to multiple privately-held businesses attempting to scale and expand, arming them with multi-year roadmaps and detailed plans for execution.
- Mergers and Acquisitions Integration, Global Publicly-Held Consumer and Business Services Company: Provided program leadership to the organization’s operational integration efforts following its acquisition of another company in the same industry, overseeing cross-functional planning and execution for the integration.
- Global HR Transformation, Global Media Conglomerate: Led Program Management and Implementation for an enterprise HR transformation, including the establishment of a global HR Shared Services organization and the deployment of enterprise-wide instances of Workday and ServiceNow.
- Payroll Transformation Program Management, Global Financial Services Firm: Led a multi-country payroll transformation program to design and deploy a new payroll platform to all of the organization’s North American operations.
- HR Technology Program Management, Global Financial Services Firm: Led a process and technology transformation program to reengineer the annual compensation/rewards program for more than 5,000 financial advisors and $500 million in associated rewards.
- Divestiture/Business Integration, F100 Healthcare Company: Led the separation and information technology (IT) integration program for the sale of an entire division and its subsequent merger with an independent company. Managed portfolio of 10 distinct projects aimed at establishing integrated processes and technology across all IT functions for the newly merged entity.
- Agile Transformation and Product Ownership: Led the IT Agile transformation initiative for a multinational automotive corporation, transitioning the company’s software development teams from a waterfall approach to Agile Scrum. Served as an interim product owner for a pilot scrum team supporting the warehouse management system for after-sales parts and delivering software enhancements. Provided IT senior management with recommendations for effective Agile adoption across the corporate IT organization.
- Compliance/Risk Process Reengineering, Fortune 100 Healthcare Company: Defined and implemented cross-functional process and technology changes in response to a federal audit and to comply with federal regulation. Partnered with IT and business leadership to perform process analysis across multiple lines of business, identify existing gaps, and define changes promoting compliance and sustained operational effectiveness.
- Global Compensation System Upgrade, Fortune 500 Media/Entertainment Group: Led a global process and systems redesign for the entire organization’s annual compensation/rewards planning program, covering 7,500 employees across more than 30 countries.
- HCM System Replacement, Fortune 500 Media/Entertainment Group: Executed the functional discovery, design, and implementation for an enterprise human capital management (HCM) system upgrade, replacing PeopleSoft with Workday, an initiative involving all core HR processes and transactions.
- Warehouse Operations Reengineering, Industrial Supply Distribution Company: Developed and implemented a staffing model to ensure same-day fulfillment and eliminate shipping delays. This effort increased fulfillment rates by 10% and reduced errors by one-third over a 10-month period.
