Prior to Ankura, she ran her own consulting firm specializing in service businesses and focusing on growth strategies, including optimization of people, process, and technology. As a Senior Vice President for a national commercial bank, she established an internal national consulting practice specializing in telecommunications, semiconductors, and online services.  As Vice President of marketing for a telecom services startup, she managed marketing and sales teams and channels in the southern U.S. She was President of a Silicon Valley-based financial services startup and has advised boards of directors on multiple occasions.

Experience / Strategic Planning and Execution (Multiple Industries):

• Led the human resources (HR) transformation for multinational business process outsourcing (in the top five for worldwide call center operations), focusing on competitive selling, general, and administrative expenses cost realignment.
• Led and facilitated functional area analyses of nine service areas for a private corrections firm, partnering with executive, mid-level, and project team leaders, and delivering comprehensive analysis with over 80 initiative recommendations for operations optimization.

Experience / Strategy Development (Multiple Industries):

• Led strategic planning for high-touch logistics firm to help leadership focus on the critical few initiatives identified to produce exponential growth anticipation of key market changes.
• Served as adviser for national market analysis for leading reconstruction services firm in preparation for private equity investment.
• Developed and implemented strategic marketing plan for healthcare information technology (IT) firm to reintroduce brand as the preferred technology for automated management of sterile hospital instruments.
• Created internal consulting practice at national commercial bank in telecommunications, semiconductor, and online services industries to support its over 200 lending officers in 12 states serving venture and corporate clients.

Experience / Technology Optimization and Transformation (Multiple Industries):

• Led team of consultants, vendors, client leaders, and subject matter experts to align on and execute remediations to security and other gaps at data centers in North America, Asia, and the European Union at total cost of $14 million.
• Led $35 million infrastructure refresh for Fortune 500 international bank, managing an international team of consultants and client resources to drive completion of complex data center and tech refresh program by deadline.
• Led year-long integration of more than 60 retail sites for healthcare information systems firm, replacing all network, end-user computing, and other IT systems to enable cost-effective operations.
