For over 15 years, Vin has focused on financial due diligence and has worked with private equity firms, corporate acquirers, investment banks and entrepreneurs on over 500 buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Vin has assisted clients through every stage of an M&A transaction, from strategy, to target identification, to diligence, to post-transaction integration.

Vin’s specialty has been focused on the healthcare industry throughout his career. Vin has consulted on more than 500 healthcare M&A transactions, including transactions involving physician practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care facilities, urgent care centers, home health and hospice providers, physical therapy practices, dental clinics, pharmacies, pharmacy benefits managers, managed care organizations, accountable care organizations, behavioral healthcare providers, among other sub-sectors within healthcare.

In addition to healthcare, Vin has led financial due diligence engagements in the retail, business services, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Ankura, Vin was a Partner and the National Practice Leader of the Healthcare Transaction Advisory practice of an international accounting firm. Prior to that Vin was an executive within the Healthcare Transaction Advisory practice at a “big 4” accounting firm.
