Zach Gentry

Prior to joining Ankura, Zach was a Senior Manager in the healthcare transaction advisory services practice at a global accounting firm. Prior to that, Zach was a Revenue Cycle Manager for one of the country’s largest publicly-traded hospital systems.  Zach began his career in the assurance practice of a global accounting firm, where he spent eight years of his career.

Zach has served clients in many sectors of the healthcare and life sciences industry including physician practice management companies, dental and medispa practices, acute care hospital systems, ambulatory surgical centers, home health, hospice, and durable medical equipment companies.

Zach’s recent deal experience, included (among others):

• Led all of the buy-side financial due diligence for all the add-on transactions for a large private equity backed roll-up of medispa practices.
• Led the sell-side financial due diligence for a medispa practice with over $100 million in revenue in connection with a potential recapitalization.
• Participated on the sell-side financial due diligence of a private equity backed home health care company.
• Led all of the buy-side financial due diligence for all the add-on transaction for a large private equity backed roll-up of dental implant businesses.
• Led the buy-side financial due diligence for an add-on transaction for a private equity backed home healthcare company.
• Led the buy-side financial due diligence for multiple add-on transactions for a private equity backed urology physician practice management company
