Large GCC Islamic Bank: Lead on delivering pioneering strategy through to execution on a bank-wide customer contact center transformation, shifting the bank to a sales through service model with record-breaking customer experience metrics.
Large Asian Bank: Lead transformation on a major business and compliance transformation program for a large bank (customer onboarding redesign, transaction monitoring systems, sanctions, data cleansing, correspondent banking relationships).
Large European Bank: Strategy formulation and target operating model execution of a near-shore shared service center in Germany, housing over 500 FTE hub, resulting in $100 million in savings.
Large GCC Islamic Bank: Lead on building an innovation lab and experience center to drive customer experience and innovation throughout the organization, embedding agile delivery methodology across key digital programs.
