Ankura Consulting Group Announces the Appointment of Erica Massaro-Hales as Senior Managing Director

September 28, 2015, DALLAS – Ankura Consulting Group, a boutique management consulting and expert services firm, has announced the appointment of Ms. Erica Massaro-Hales as Senior Managing Director. In addition, Ankura Consulting Group has established an office in Atlanta at 1170 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 1200, Atlanta, GA 30309.

Ms. Massaro-Hales joins Ankura Consulting Group from FTI Consulting where she was a Senior Managing Director in the Trial Services practice. As a litigation consultant for over 15 years, Ms. Massaro-Hales has extensive experience in analyzing and transforming legal themes and arguments into compelling visual presentations for attorneys and their clients in major civil and criminal litigation matters. She has regularly consulted with trial teams on the identification of key case strategies, as well as the use of demonstrative evidence and multimedia technology in all litigation settings.
Ms. Massaro-Hales has worked on hundreds of cases in her career with diverse needs ranging from graphic boards to courtroom technology. She has experience in matters involving antitrust, contracts, employment and labor disputes, environmental issues, insurance coverage, intellectual property, personal injury, product liability, securities, toxic torts and white-collar crime issues. Additionally, Ms. Massaro-Hales has extensive experience working on large serial litigation matters and effectively managing such litigation to ensure the highest level of value to her clients. She has assisted with mediations, arbitrations, and litigation proceedings in federal and state courts around the country.
Ms. Massaro-Hales holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University and a B.A. from the University of Miami. She is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.
