Delivering Testimony Before Federal Regulators
An Ankura professional was engaged to estimate the fair market value and the marginal cost of a health care product offering in response to a regulatory inquiry involving Medicare and represented the client at an informal hearing before the HHS Office of Inspector General. Based on the analysis provided, the client proved it could satisfy its obligations under its corporate integrity agreement and avoided further action from the HHS OIG regarding its product offering.
