Jonathan Zambelli

Jonathan has played a central role in Ankura’s evolution and transformation. His work has included supporting the integration of acquisitions, facilitating the development and execution of firmwide strategy, and leading priority internal initiatives such as the annual budgeting process and the firm’s five-year strategic planning efforts. He brings a broad, enterprise-level perspective that bridges strategy, finance, and execution. His work frequently involves highly complex situations requiring rigorous analysis, discretion, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Prior to his internal leadership role, Jonathan served Ankura’s clients across a wide range of complex financial and operational matters. His experience includes the development and review of business plans; financial modeling and forecasting; cash flow and liquidity analysis; treasury and capital structure management; operational and financial due diligence; claims analysis; and the renegotiation of credit facilities. He has also advised on bankruptcy planning, asset tracing, and the resolution of complex accounting matters, as well as providing litigation support.

Prior to joining Ankura, Jonathan was a Senior Director at a leading global business advisory firm in their Consulting’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice, where he advised clients on financial disputes, investigations, and transaction-related matters.
