Global Insurance Company
Evaluating & Implementing Organizational ERP Program
Ankura partnered with an insurance services firm to undertake the due diligence of a formal ERP solution evaluation process. Using Ankura’s methodology, we led a cross-functional team through an ERP market analysis, definition of requirements, and issuance and evaluation of an RFP (request for proposal). Ankura guided the evaluation and selection process through demonstrations, a facilitated solution evaluation workshop and decision, and final due diligence and reference calls, providing advice and counsel throughout the process, including contract negotiations. Ankura went on to provide project and change management leadership to complete a successful implementation.
