David Farber

David currently manages and implements multiple data inventories related to Article 30 of the GDPR and is versed in multiple data privacy platforms. For financial services compliance regulation, he designed and implemented an SSIS package to automate the data loading process, archiving of files, deployment of stored procedures to detect and flag different types of fraud alerts, and exporting all flags to a single report for management. Within multiple healthcare engagements, David collected and analyzed disparate sets of data and created stored procedures that generated SSRS data visualization reports. His government fraud prevention work has included automating a manual process of determining fraud indicators within the US Visa program. The automated review resulted in a time savings of 99 percent and decreased turnaround time of the reports to individual posts around the world. David designed and implemented over 40 SSRS-driven managerial reports for a large financial institution to support executive decisions regarding AML compliance regulations. He produced reports that were distributed to the government to help determine compliance by the financial institution.
