Performance Analysis – Grand Slam Tennis Tournament
Produced an expert report and provided statistical analysis on a player’s performance in a grand slam tennis tournament in an appeal of fines they received for allegedly poor performance.
Expert Evidence – International Federation
Acted as an expert for a major international federation in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Evidence focused on an investigation into alleged corruption, improper accounting and conflicts of interest for a senior elected official.
Independent Integrity Unit – International Federation
In-house role as the first CEO of The International Tennis Integrity Agency, building the first legally independent body safeguarding the integrity of a major world sport. The ITIA focuses on combatting corruption and doping, working with the governing bodies of tennis, data companies, WADA, the betting industry, regulators, law enforcement agencies and investors.
