Jason Miller is a Managing Director at Ankura based in Chicago. - Decision support enablement: Developed the reporting operating model and support mechanisms to streamline and expedite financial and operational reporting availability for a private equity backed multi-center professional services company.
- Integration support: Developed a repeatable data, technology, and vendor transition integration playbook and trained client resources from a private equity backed wealth management firm.
Prior to joining Ankura, Jason was a director in the business performance improvement and technology enablement practice at a consulting firm and before that, the director of financial integration at a private equity portfolio company. Jason has also served in roles utilizing data for litigation and bankruptcy support.
