Beth R. Chase is a Senior Managing Director with more than 25 years of professional services experience helping organizations navigate critical inflection points. A trusted advisor recognized for her influence and expertise, she has successfully partnered with the leadership teams of Fortune 500 and private-equity-owned companies to identify, create, and implement strategies for value-building innovations and transformational growth. Beth was the founder and CEO of c3/consulting prior to its acquisition by Ankura in 2018. She is based in Nashville.

  • Experience

    Beth advises companies across industries, and across all lifecycle stages, as they confront such challenges as changing strategic direction or business models, integrating mergers and acquisitions, scaling for growth, creating new products and services, and responding to fast-shifting market conditions. She guides leadership teams in developing key strategies, setting priorities, evaluating and addressing talent and resource gaps, and transforming the culture to support change quickly and successfully.

    At the helm of c3, Beth led the firm’s growth to more than 120 professionals. She had previously co-founded a technology consultancy that over nine years she built into a top consulting firm in the Nashville area. Earlier in her career, Beth spent 12 years at IBM in a variety of roles, including sales and consulting.

    Beth is currently serving as a Nashville branch director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She is also a member of the boards of directors of Ingram Industries, a privately-held company headquartered in Nashville, and a number of professional and non-profit community organizations in the Nashville area.
