    Tracey is a recognized thought leader who chairs and speaks at conferences, has contributed to several books of books on the management of technology related risk and eDiscovery, and has published many articles on the impact of technology on law and business.

    • Worked as an independent legal consultant on commercial litigation advising companies and their lawyers on the use of technology in legal practice and business.
    • As a legal consultant, Kroll Ontrack/KrolLDiscovery, Tracey was responsible for advising companies and lawyers on the use of technology in litigation and on eDiscovery related cross-border data transfers. Tracey was also responsible for expanding business internationally.
    • As a litigation support lawyer and litigator, she advised lawyers in the firm’s offices globally on the use of technology in litigation. Part of litigation team on large banking matter. Commercial litigation on a complex insolvency related banking dispute.
    • Assisted on a large civil litigation matter related to insolvency and banking.
    • Practiced as an attorney on civil litigation matters focusing on insolvency, fraud and banking.
