Abigail Busse is a Senior Director at Ankura. Abigail graduated cum laude from Marquette University earning a Master of Science in applied economics from the Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and international affairs from the Klinger College of Arts and Sciences. Abigail joined Ankura in 2019.

Abigail’s professional experience includes:
- Consulting with clients on licensing, damages, and valuation issues for various forms of intellectual property, such as patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Developing analyses to value and quantify financial data in the calculation of lost profits, reasonable royalties, and unjust enrichment in intellectual property disputes.
- Providing analytical, strategic, and corporate finance support in licensing negotiations, patent portfolio sales, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
- Abigail has experience across a broad range of industries including consumer products, medical devices, telecommunications, wireless services, tax disputes, cosmetics, and financial services.
