- Private Equity (PE)-Owned Business Services Company: Led the implementation of a suite of order-to-cash technologies to automate and streamline the function and improve client engagement, with an anticipated profit and loss impact of $2.8 million in 24 months.
- PE-Owned Medical Lab Network: Executed a root cause analysis and remedied technology configuration errors of the $40 million per month order-to-cash function, driving a strained cash flow, including gaps with staff knowledge and capacity, internal control and reporting, and technology.
- PE-Owned Food Distributor: Interim Treasury / AP role managing $70 million weekly spend and inventory vendor relationships through a liquidity crisis for a $3 billion privately owned company.
- 501(c)(3) Research Center: Chief Financial Officer leading the accounting, finance, and HR functions — including cash management, audit, tax, federal funding compliance, and the investment of the $20 million General Fund.
