Chris Broyles is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, based in Chicago. He has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations communicate clearly through complex, sensitive, and high-stakes issues. His work spans strategic communications, litigation graphics and trial strategy, creative operations, corporate transformation communications, and AI adoption for marketing, communications, and creative functions.

Experience

Chris advises legal teams, executives, boards, and corporate leaders on narrative strategy, visual persuasion, reputation issues, change communications, and stakeholder engagement. He has supported more than 100 federal and state trials and hearings and has built and led large-scale creative and digital teams across professional services and corporate environments.

Before joining Ankura, Chris founded a strategic consultancy serving corporations, law firms, and technology companies across litigation graphics, corporate transformation communications, and AI integration. Earlier in his career, he led digital, creative, and trial technology teams at global professional services and litigation consulting firms, building practices, managing multidisciplinary teams, and directing integrated campaigns, executive communications programs, and courtroom presentation strategies.

Chris is the author of “Can’t Stop the Spaceship: A Business Parable for Navigating Change in the Age of AI.” He also developed proprietary frameworks focused on visual strategic intelligence and corporate change navigation in the age of AI.
