Christopher Gdowski

Christopher M. Gdowski is a Managing Director with Ankura and Ankura Capital Advisors, LLC and is based out of Chicago. Chris has extensive experience working with firms in a variety of capital markets, merger and acquisition, valuation, and strategic advisory capacities. He specializes in financial institutions and has worked on completed transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion in deal value.

Chris’ experience also includes a wide array of valuations for businesses, intangible assets, and equity and debt interests in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial institutions, technology, business services, and manufacturing.
