Connor Cosenza is a Senior Director with over a decade of experience answering complex questions with rigorous data analysis. Experience
Connor’s professional experience includes:
- Drafting multiple expert reports filed within the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
- Forecasting future claims of sexual abuse as part of the Boy Scouts of America bankruptcy (No. 20-10343) and other confidential organizations.
- Forecasting future claims of ovarian cancer, mesothelioma, and lung cancer associated with exposure to talc as part of the Imerys Talc America, Inc. bankruptcy (No. 19-10289).
- Forecasting future claims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases associated with exposure to asbestos as part of multiple bankruptcies, including Bestwall LLC (No. 17-31795), DBMP LLC (No. 20-30080), Paddock Enterprises, LLC (No. 20-10028), and others.
- Creating damages models related to lead-paint-based harm in single-family homes and condominiums to estimate the number of affected homes and the costs of abatement.
- Distributing over 28 million checks for more than $660 million and helping to address more than 50,000 inquiries as part of the AT&T Mobility Settlement (No. 1:10-cv-02278).
- Reviewing and processing over 4,000 claims to determine eligibility and valuation associated with the General Motors Ignition Switch Recall Claims Resolution Facility.
