He has overseen the successful application of Execution Certainty™ to energy and infrastructure megaprojects, future production profiles, software implementations, new business unit launches, business model implementations, matters of national security and military readiness, mergers and acquisition integrations, de-merger organization restoration, systemic safety interventions, and healthcare transformations.
