Process Management and Oversight

• Managed an interdisciplinary team of 30 reviewers to accurately audit insurance data for an $11 billion subrogation trust in connection with the 2017 and 2018 California wildfires
• Served as the deputy for the settlement administrator, effectively navigating competing requests from defense counsel, claimants’ counsel, and lien administrators to manage the review and payment of more than 65,000 claims for a $3.4 billion mass tort
• Supervised a neutral team to control access for plaintiff and defendant users that exchanged documents within the same proprietary software during the pre-resolution stage for hernia mesh litigation

Procedure Design and Implementation

• Developed claim review protocol and facilitated payment for 2,300 claimants as part of a redress program for the largest overseas real estate investment scheme targeted by the Federal Trade Commission
• Devised the opt-out intake process for major automotive emissions settlement and orchestrated a team to successfully archive more than 5,800 documents per strict deadlines determined by the plaintiffs’ steering committee

Data Analysis and Regulation

• Audited 3,500 claims across 50 plaintiffs’ firms, utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to ensure compliance and accuracy, and facilitated the payment of $370 million for product liability mass tort
• Monitored and controlled the distribution of confidential data for 50,000 subrogation wildfire trust claims, employing rigorous data analysis methods to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements as stipulated by a bankruptcy court order
• Administered a system for a team of 10 reviewers to standardize and conform data for over 160,000 exposure sites, leveraging data analysis to ensure consistent and accurate reporting for several asbestos bankruptcy trusts
