Fred’s professional experience includes:

• Gulf Coast Liquidating Trust: Acts as project manager for all activities associated with effectuating the wind down of the former debtor entities and securing recoveries for the Trust beneficiaries.
• M&G Corporation Litigation Trust: Manages day-to-day tasks associated with effectuating the plan of liquidation including resolving approximately $2 billion of secured, administrative, and priority claims and nearly $10 billion of general unsecured claims, making distributions to holders of allowed claims, and complying with all tax and court required reporting.
• Exide Technologies Wind-Down: Acts as project manager for the plan administrator team engaged in all wind-down related activities including claims resolution, cash flow and budget projections, and court related reporting for the debtor estates.
• AT&T Mobility Settlement Administration: Serves as project manager for a settlement administration program, which has distributed over 28 million settlement checks totaling more than $650 million to date. Reviews and analyzes class member data to facilitate initial distribution of funds and manages the escheatment process for any unclaimed funds. Manages a team that handles all correspondence related to the distribution of the settlement checks, leading the design and implementation of a claimant support system.
• Bass Pro Class Action Lawsuit: Completed damage calculations and class identification and notification while reviewing data on over 100,000 purchase records from more than 75 different stores.
• Airline Passenger Redress Compensation Class Action: Provided data support in preparation of an expert report. Analyzed airline databases to assess validity of allegations against client.
• NFL Concussion Settlement: Provided data support in class identification and construction of payment matrix.
