Jason Hanover

Over the course of his consulting career, Jason has primarily advised executives across the energy and industrial sectors on major project execution, LNG and energy infrastructure development, operational recovery, joint venture integration, and enterprise transformation. His experience includes supporting leadership teams across a $100 billion portfolio of energy assets, LNG developments, and major capital investments, helping clients improve operational performance, accelerate major project delivery, unlock $1 billion in savings, and generate more than $750 million in annualized revenue improvement.

Prior to joining Ankura, Jason served for more than 26 years in U.S. Air Force Special Operations, retiring as a Colonel after a career leading large, geographically dispersed organizations in operational, strategic, and workforce development assignments. He held command and executive leadership positions in organizations ranging from hundreds to thousands of personnel, managed budgets exceeding $1.5 billion, led multinational operations in complex operating environments, and directed enterprise workforce development programs supporting more than 500,000 personnel worldwide.
