Jason Koch is a Managing Director and an attorney with nearly two decades of experience in complex litigation support, expert testimony services, data analysis and analytics, claim services and administration, and project management. At Ankura, Jason develops analytic datasets for litigation, valuation, and liability estimation, resolves prepetition settlement issues for clients after bankruptcy, and administers class action settlements, multidistrict litigation resolutions, and product liability trusts. Based in Washington, DC, he combines a legal background with expertise in mass torts, economics, and public policy.
Experience
Jason has played a key role in dozens of mass tort and product liability class actions, including asbestos trusts and medical device settlements, impacting tens of billions of dollars and millions of claimants.
His experience covers a wide range of clients and industries, including:
