Jonathan Drage is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, based in Chicago. He works closely with a client’s legal and compliance teams, as well as their outside counsel, to address complex investigative and dispute related issues and introduce the best professionals to provide sensible, expedient, and effective solutions.
Experience
Jonathan is personally dedicated to identifying the right professional, expert witness, and technology resources to achieve maximum results and bring timely closure to: internal and government investigations, complex accounting issues, commercial litigation, transaction and valuation disputes, data security, healthcare, and audit firm defense.
Jonathan has deep experience working with law firm counsel and corporate clients to provide consulting and testifying experts to best respond to matters involving interaction with the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement, the Office of Inspector General, and other governmental regulators.
Jonathan began his career as a practicing litigation attorney. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Olaf College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School.
