He specializes in supply chain strategy design, sourcing and procurement, logistics operations, organizational design, and post-merger integrations.
With a strong track record across industries such as manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods, Jorge brings a holistic approach to solving complex business challenges. Over the last decade, he has been deeply involved in developing supply chain solutions supported by strategic technology partners, helping organizations accelerate their transformation journeys.
Experience
Jorge successfully executed more than 120 transformation projects, delivering measurable impact for leading companies in Latin America and the U.S. in industries such as manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, logistics, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Ankura, he spent over a decade at a leading regional consulting firm and directly managed a team of over 60 consultants across three business units in the U.S., driving excellence in delivery, innovation, and client impact.
Jorge has led projects generating over $20 million USD in cumulative savings for clients in the last five years through advanced supply chain strategy and optimization initiatives.
He also played a key role in creating and leading of a Digital Sourcing & Procurement business unit, enabling technology-driven solutions and strengthening partnerships with global technology providers.
Passionate about people and culture; Jorge founded and developed a Corporate Wellness Center for a regional leading firm, positively impacting the well-being of over 200 consultants through health, fitness, and mental wellness programs.
He is known for his visionary and holistic approach, combining deep technical knowledge with strategic insight to guide organizations through complex transformation journeys and sustainable growth.
